Return Policy

1. Scope of this Policy

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through the Wipro webstore. It clearly defines the limited conditions under which a return may be requested and processed.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A return will be accepted only in cases where the product has a genuine issue at the time of delivery. This includes situations where the product is received in a damaged condition, has a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from what was ordered.
Return requests must be raised within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. The customer must provide valid proof of purchase along with clear photographic evidence of the issue for verification purposes. Requests submitted after the specified timeline shall not be considered.

3. Non-Acceptance of Returns

Returns will not be accepted under circumstances that do not reflect a genuine product issue. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the product has been used, assembled, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
Returns based on personal preferences or subjective reasons will not be accepted. This includes dissatisfaction with colour, texture, comfort, design, or minor variations in appearance that do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.
Returns will also not be accepted if the original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, or accompanying materials are missing or damaged, or if the issue does not represent a material defect.

4. Verification and Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and validation by Wipro or its authorised representatives. Wipro reserves the sole and final right to determine whether the reported issue qualifies as an eligible return under this Policy. The decision taken after evaluation shall be final and binding.

5. Reverse Pickup Process

In the event that a return request is approved, Wipro will arrange for the pickup of the product through its authorised logistics partners. Customers should not dispatch the product independently unless explicitly instructed by Wipro.
Any return sent through an unauthorised channel shall be at the customer’s own risk, and Wipro shall not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

6. Resolution After Approval

Upon successful verification and acceptance of the returned product, Wipro may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking and payment processing timelines.

7. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return. This includes customised, made-to-order, or specially configured products. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

8. Policy Compliance

This Return Policy is designed to ensure fair usage and prevent misuse. Any attempt to raise false, misleading, or fraudulent return requests may result in rejection of the request and may lead to further action as deemed appropriate by Wipro. ``
